We arrived at Gail and Stuarts place via Sat Nav, not difficult to find and very secure parking for our vehicle too. Gail and Stuart were very knowledgeable and accommodating, an honest and sincere couple who also have other vehicles available for hire which are of a similar stance as the one we hired. We spent at least 30 minutes going over the vehicle with Stuart and Gail before taking it on the road. Gail and Stuart are sticklers for attention to detail and answered all our questions and allayed any fears. Along with the Camper came a gas fired BBQ, a wood burner with wood supplied, a fantastic awning with table and chairs, the levelling kit for the vehicle and portable tracks in case of muddy overnight stops to prevent vehicle sinkage and of cause plenty of cabling to get that all essential hook up. It was a nice touch to get a breakfast hamper along with some Prosecco too. Stuart took the time to install a dog net for our dog to prevent her escape when ever the side door was opened, he also made sure the Bluetooth was working, and the Wi-Fi which the camper comes with. We used the Wi-Fi a few times whilst travelling around the NC500 and got a signal about 90% of the time. Make sure you spend as long as you need to understand the Camper before you leave, I made the mistake of not listening to Stuarts explanation of the Campers impressive internal and external security system to my regret as I managed to set it off on the first day, however after a phone call to Stuart it was sorted in no time. The Camper is sure footed and comfortable, the seats are very comfortable in one day I did a total of 6 hours driving and the seat maintained its comfort throughout. I was super pleased with being able to blast the air horn, its LOUD! All in all this Van was worth every penny, they say you get what you pay for and I most certainly got what I paid for and more. I was in company with my partner and our dog, and although one of you has to climb over the other to get to the loo at night, it makes for a cosy camping on the move experience! Thanks to Stuart and Gail for providing a sure footed, comfortable vehicle that works for 2 people and our dog on a road trip which included the Applecross Pass in Scotland which has a 1 in 8 gradient which it managed with no issues at all, nice turning circle for those tight bends. I would recommend hiring from Gail and Stuart if you want a luxurious off Grid vehicle which will keep you safe at night and make your Camper Van adventure one to remember.

Overall the camper van was great. The suspension was amazing, didn't feel any bumps! It stored plenty of water, bed was comfy though you had to watch out not to bump your head on the shelf above. Also if you're tall, you may struggle as you can't hang your feet over the edge. It did everything we needed it to.

I cannot rate our experience of hiring a camper van from this company highly enough. All communication with them was fast, clear and helpful. We asked last minute for an earlier collection due to the distance we were travelling and they were really accommodating. The camper van itself was a dream. We have never used one before and we weren’t sure what to expect but it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, spacious, easy to drive and had everything we needed and more. We never used it off grid as we plugged into sites every night, but we had a fab handover on collection which explained exactly how to do everything should it be required. If you’re thinking about hiring a camper van and reading this then do it! It’s the best thing we ever did. We travelled as a couple with a dog to and around Cornwall.

Amazing week and definitely converted to the RV/motorhome life. Pick up was great, with smooth handover and explanation of how everything worked. Great communication when we had questions whilst out and about. The RV is ‘fully loaded’ with everything you need for a comfortable time away… Glamping is the way! Stephen has outfitted his Citroen campervan with thoughtful details. He even had an umbrella and torch in easy to spot locations. We enjoyed the stocked kitchen cabinet, with coffee and tea, condiments, toaster oven, kettle, as well as all necessary cooking Pots and pans. It was nice to have the option to change our destination, knowing the RV spots or Park4 Night would be available when hotels would be full. The Deisel was very economical to drive, and the stick shift not difficult. Stephen was great to work with on every aspect of our journey and quick to respond to questions.

Outstanding Motorhome Experience with Dean Lethaby! We recently had the pleasure of renting Dean Lethaby’s motorhome through Goboony for a 4-day trip through Scotland, and we couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional in every aspect, making our adventure one to remember. Vehicle Condition & Comfort: The motorhome was in immaculate condition, both inside and out. It was spotlessly clean upon pickup, and everything looked as good as new. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, providing us with excellent rest throughout the trip. Even though we were traveling through some colder areas, the heating system worked perfectly, keeping us cozy during chilly nights. Driving Experience: Dean’s motorhome was a dream to drive! Despite its size, it was easy to handle, with a smooth and responsive driving experience. The motorhome was well-maintained and reliable, and we had no issues with it on Scotland’s winding roads and hilly terrain. The reversing camera was a great feature, making parking in tight spots a breeze. Plus, the fuel efficiency was much better than we anticipated, allowing us to cover a lot of ground without worrying about frequent refueling. Features & Amenities: The motorhome came fully equipped with everything we needed for the perfect road trip. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, including a gas stove, fridge, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals on the go. The bathroom facilities were excellent as well, with a well-functioning shower, sink, and toilet, along with plenty of hot water for showers – a luxury while traveling! We especially appreciated the ample storage throughout the motorhome. There was more than enough space for all our luggage, camping gear, and even a few extras we picked up along the way. Dean really thought of everything, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedding, making our stay incredibly convenient. Customer Service & Communication: Dean was fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. He was responsive, accommodating, and extremely helpful in answering all our questions before the trip. Upon pickup, he took the time to give us a thorough walk-through of the motorhome, explaining how everything worked in detail, which gave us full confidence before setting off. Throughout the trip, Dean was always available for any questions we had, offering great peace of mind. Overall Experience: Our 4-day adventure through Scotland in Dean’s motorhome was nothing short of amazing. Having the freedom to explore the stunning Scottish Highlands and coastlines at our own pace was an unforgettable experience, and the motorhome made it all the more enjoyable. Had a great break away in the compervan. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Additional features such as WiFi and TV were a nice touch and really useful. Van drove well and we quickly got used to. Theq initial handover told me all I needed, all the essential information explained plus video provided. Very smooth handover and return, no hassles.
