Ruaridh was the perfect host for our first time campervan experience. We did the NC500 and the van was amazing and had everything we needed, it was the perfect size for even the windy roads. Bed was super comfy and was very cosy even in the rain and wind. He is clearly passionate about his van and talked us through every little detail that we could possibly need to know for our trip. Would be a pleasure to hire from him again! Thanks so much! :)

Great motorhome, exactly as described, lovely and clean. Pick up of the motorhome was easy and we found the location easy to find with also parking was safe. Great communication with everyone and everything was explained in detail when we arrived. Drop off was equally as easy and we would definitely hire a motorhome from Mark again. A++++

Our road trip was great even with the problems we had with the motor home, ie unable to use steps to get into van, electric steps not working so we were given steps which were way to small to step into the van so we entered and exited vie the passagers door, We also spent half hour per moring taping indicators back on, the bed fell to bits we I tried to pull it out and the key snaped in the lock. The gas fire stunk to high heaven and wasn't safe to use and it also had a crack through the top. When we took van back, Kay signed off the paper work stating the damage and writing down the damage wasn't down to us, two days later I get an email fromKay saying she was witholding my deposit for the damage she said and signed off stating it wasn't how fault. We went into a dispute and after uploading pictures evidence, Goboony refunded my deposit. Goboony were great sorting out the dispute, and Kay!!!

This is the second time we have used Robert's motorohome for our annual festival trip. As before the handover was clear and all the equipment we needed was provided. Robert was also very helpful in arranging convenient handover times. We had no problems but were confident that Robert would be on the end of a phone if we needed any help or advice. The van runs well and coped with our journey no problem. There are only two of us but we had all kinds of weather over our long weekend - warm sunshine when we could enjoy eating and reading outside, plus strong winds and heavy rain - when we were 'snug as a bug in a rug'. I thoroughtly recommend Robert and the van.

Excellent Charmain and Danny are lovely and went over and above regards collection and drop off - I hope they don’t mind me saying it suited us both for them to drop the van to my house a night early and later drop off at theirs which made the booking much more relaxing Everything was working as they’d described and very clean - definitely will rebook when I need another camper trip ❤️

We had two very enjoyable nights stay in Tracey's campervan. It was a lovey experience for our children and offered good facilities. The large rear storage area came in particularly handy for keeping our wet weather gear out of the main van. Tracey was very helpful and flexible on return time and we thank her for this opportunity to have a little taster of Campervan life!

Would definitely book through Margaret again, very friendly on arrival, amazing host, quick responses with any issues and very helpful. The van was immaculate, had a guide which showed us everything and was very spacious for staying off grid. The van had literally everything you needed and we were able to pack light with ease.

This was our first time using a campervan, so we were complete newbies to the experience. Chris and Kitty were absolutely brilliant from the moment we booked. Shortly before we were due to go on our trip we'd already received information and video explanations via WhatsApp which were very useful. Upon collection Chris and Kitty ran us through the uses and do's and do not's thoroughly, which put us at ease to make sure we did everything as we should. We absolutely loved Snowy, it is perfect for 2 people. Very straightforward and easy to drive. We drove over 500 miles around the Scottish Highlands seeing many famous Harry Potter filming locations and some of the other beautiful sites. It convinced us that we would 100% do it all again and we'd definitely use Snowy again. Chris and Kitty were also very accommodating with our pick up and drop off timings and were always available to ask questions during our trip. Chris was even very kind to go out of his way to help return an item we'd forgotten on the campervan a day or so later as we were staying in Edinburgh after our campervan trip. Very kind and helpful people. We hope to see you again sometime in the future.
