I got stone chip on the windscreen during my trip (just one of those things!) and I just worked easily with Justin to get it resolved ahead of the next booking. No fuss, no drama and quickly sorted. The handover was absolutely fantastic sally made it a pleasure and molly the motorhome was a dream to drive all the way up to scotland where we went to view a house. It was very cosy and warm in molly and we had everything we needed you could not ask for more. I can not thank sally enough for letting me have molly it was very special thank you paul and debbie.

We hired Fairy for a 5 day drive around Cornwall. Joe was outstanding at explaining how everything worked and fairy was very comfortable and fully kitted out we everything we needed, even phone chargers! Fairy cruised on the motorways comfortably and navigated the small Cornish roads with relative ease for a large van. Joe was very responsive and helpful when we had to ask a few questions along the way too. Highly recommend Thanks Joe

What an excellent experience from start to finish. Ruaridh gave a thorough run through of everything we needed to know and made some suggestions about the route we should take which actually made our trip so much better. He was relaxed and put us at ease even offered us a coffee. The whole trip was magical and the best trip/holiday we have ever had in large part due to the suggestions made by ruaridh. He was available by text for any issues/questions we had. The van was great no issues at all and was perfect for the trip we did. I would not hesitate to recommend ruaridh and his van to anyone who might be interested. I would definitely hire this vehicle again.

I can’t thank Amanda and Mike enough for making our first motorhome experience so positive. From the outset, communication was excellent with guides and videos shared before we collected Valerie, and it was easy to contact them when we were away and needed support in using the amenities. Just before our trip, I had a nightmare with a hire car situation, but Mike was so helpful in sorting things out for us. We travelled to the Isle of Skye which was a bit ambitious for our first trip, but Valerie had everything we needed. Our dog had the best time travelling around, and we appreciated being able to have him in the van with us. We would definitely recommend Valerie to anyone who is looking to experience van life for a week or two! Thank you both xx

Probably the best solo holiday I have had in Roxy with my dog. Van ran like a dream. Everything explained by Sarah on pickup. No issues at all. My little break away ran so smoothly will definitely be taking Roxy away again. Very happy.
