Betty – GoBetty: 2p Volkswagen campervan LWB

We are happy to offer our nice Betty (Volkswagen T4, Long Wheel Base) for rent. Last summer we worked hard to make the camper ready for travel and after a successful first holiday she is ready for your adventure!

From reception to pitched campsite in 15 minutes! You can quickly and easily set up the awning, open the roof and fold out your chairs.

We prefer the fixed bed (132x205), with good mattresses for extra sleeping comfort. This way you can make optimal use of all the storage space. Due to the Long wheel base there is still enough space for access to the kitchen unit or to change clothes.
You can also remove the mattresses and easily fold the bed into a sofa.

Inside the bus you will find a 2-burner stove, a sink and a refrigerator. This works on shore power as well as temporarily on the power station (220v). We did not use the stove ourselves and chose to cook outside on a camping gas stove.

The bed is easy to raise, giving you access to two spacious (clothing) storage compartments. A personal recommendation is to enjoy the view from the bed with the tailgate open.
In the kitchen unit there are two small cupboards. In these are the water tank, the camping gas chair and cooking utensils.
Next to the bed there is a spacious cupboard for dishes and groceries and there are also (open) compartments.

There are two sockets in the camper: one for shore power and the second for the power station. You can charge a second phone directly from the power station or use the Apple Carplay radio (also works on Android) while on the road.

At the back is a bicycle carrier that can lift two bicycles.

Betty is an older lady; but she can still easily travel longer distances. With the 1.9L turbo diesel engine you can go anywhere. Do take into account environmental zones and regulations abroad.
