Donna – Adventurous 2p (+2 in tent) Volkswagen bus from 2015

Meet our Donna.

This camper van takes me and my family through the Netherlands and Europe.

Donna is a nice campervan equipped for couples or a family of up to 4 people. We use Donna for trips to the beach, to the forests, nature campsites and of course the hills and mountains. We park her easily along the riverbank. Unpacking and packing goes very quickly. Handbrake on, hatch out, c'est tout.

Donna is a nice place for a couple or a family of 4. We have breakfast together in the camper with the chairs turned in. The fridge and cooking facility with 3 burners works easy. We sleep in the back of a double decker. Be careful for tall people, the children max. 1.60 and the adults max. 1.80 (or fetal position). Getting in and out of bed is a bit of a climb (so be careful, it is not an easy bed to get into), once in bed it is very cozy.

We are adventurers ourselves and enjoy the small space we all fit into. In the van, out of the van.

There is plenty of room for your belongings, we also provide an extra tent, if you stay in one place for a longer period of time, you can store all your belongings in there.

Donna is just a cool thing with a good vibe for adventurous types.

How the camper works:
- Toilet — The camper has a cassette toilet, which looks like a normal toilet, but you empty it once a week.
- Water - There is a 100 liter fresh water tank that can be easily refilled at gas stations or campsites.
- Shower - There is a shower head that hooks onto the sink and is used for showering outside.
- Gas - There is an external LPG tank that supplies the gas for the stove and refrigerator. This is easy to fill up at gas stations and also very cheap (full tank is about 5 days)
- Electricity - The van has an electrical system powered by an extra battery that charges while driving. It is a 12v system and can power laptops, cameras, lights and kitchen for 3 days.
- Fan - We only have air conditioning in the cabin (the driver's compartment).
- Possibly a child seat included
- Pans, cutlery, etc. are all included
- The bed was short (1.85) for really tall people not so nice Nina is 1.86 and sleeps really well in it. Something to keep in mind.
- We provide a 2-person tent if children are coming along.
