We bought this Volkswagen Transporter T3 van in 2008. It runs on petrol and is water cooled. It was imported from Germany and in the beginning we had the necessary repairs carried out. In recent years we have had a lot of fun with it together with our daughters, including during our holidays in the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Sweden. The moment we get into the van, it immediately gives us a holiday feeling. We think it is a very cosy, cozy and nice bubbling bus.
The van is suitable and equipped for 2 people. There are 5 seats (with belts) available (3x front, 2x rear). This van drives best at a speed of 100-120 km/h. Due to the age of the bus, there is no power steering, so it is sometimes a bit harder to work on the steering wheel. Driving in traffic jams can sometimes be a bit tiring, with foot pedals that are a bit heavy. Try to avoid traffic jams in warm areas, because your only air conditioning is your window...
