WanderVan Noé – 2P+child Self-build camper perfect for a young family!

First a quick introduction round;
Our WanderVan is a self-built camper with a special name: Noé. This name was not just invented, because while Garry was working hard on the bus, I -Veerle- was building a baby in the same period. On the day we bought the van we found out I was pregnant, so how appropriate to name the camper after our little one.

The WanderVan was built with blood, sweat and tears. I think 101 things went wrong during construction, but that makes us extra proud of the end result.

Seating area
The seating area consists of an L-piece with a rotating table, which is easy to adjust and remove. The front part contains all the electricity and the other part has extra storage space. The seating area is also equipped with two 230V sockets and two USB ports. From the sitting area to the bed, there are several spotlights in the ceiling that can be dimmed with a remote control.

kitchen
We have Ikea kitchen cabinets (well, sometimes you can choose easy, right?) with a spacious countertop for cooking, two gas burners and a mega sink. Our 100L refrigerator with small freezer compartment provides enough space for your groceries. We also like some luxurious gadgets and you get a mini baking tray and an air fryer. We use this instead of an oven and it works fantastic!

Bathroom
We rarely use the shower ourselves because it often works better at a campsite and the toilet is really more for emergencies than continuous use. We do not have a chemical toilet, but a portable toilet with a collection bag. Tip; If you are in nature, put it outside for the view!

To sleep
We have a fixed bed at the back of the bus with LED lighting, 230v socket, USB ports, upper cabinets and a fan. With our brand new mattress and wonderful bamboo pillows you will sleep wonderfully.

Storage space
No shortage of space. In the WanderVan there are upper cabinets at the front of the camper and at the back near the bed. There is also a shelf above the cabin that provides extra storage space. This makes it easy to store your belongings. We have never had the problem of something not being included because there was no room for it. We even have a hanging area for coats or smart clothes.
Please note: load including persons max 350kg!

Garage
Under the fixed bed you will find a spacious garage where the water installation is located, but also a nice large table, two chairs and supplies to make your place outside cozy, such as; tent cloth, shade cloths, lights, pegs and flags.

Because we have a large gas bottle, 120L clean water tank and three solar panels, you could also camp OFF-GRID for several days.
