'@vrolijkopreis' is on this bus and it is the Instagram page of Bas and Bianca who bought this bus and converted it into a camper.
I bought it from them in 2022, because I liked the interior and it was complete and the bus is in good condition. Since then I have driven it to Portugal and Switzerland on my own and have traveled a lot through the Netherlands.
What I didn't know beforehand was that I would get so many nice reactions to this bus. Everywhere along the way you see people looking, waving and sometimes even taking pictures.
I bought this bus with the idea of living in it sometimes. But in practice I don't manage that for very long and the bus is therefore often in storage for long periods of time. That seems a waste, so now I want to see if others can also enjoy it when I'm not using it.
As soon as you drive in, you immediately have a relaxed feeling, because you don't have to be in a hurry with this bus. It has to get going and can then drive 90, but 85 km/h feels a bit nicer because it vibrates less.
Meanwhile, it is only possible to talk very loudly to be heard above the sound of the engine, and that is quite intense. Fortunately, the bus fits reasonably well in an average parking space, so take a seat on a terrace if you want to have a good conversation and enjoy the view along the way.
