In 2021 we converted this van into a stylish and practical bus camper with 6 seats and 4 beds. Thanks to the smart layout, the bus camper is surprisingly complete, with folding tables at the rear seat, plenty of storage space, a spacious kitchen and a spacious pull-out bed.
We regularly camp with our four children, the oldest two children sleep in a separate tent.
Living space during the day:
Between the kitchen and the folded bed-sofa, the aisle is 63 cm wide and 2.5 meters long. The standing height inside is 1.85m.
Even with the sliding door closed, you can walk from the kitchen area along the back seat and back.
Living space at night:
There are blackout curtains on all windows. The children's beds can be separated with a loose curtain, so you can also turn on the lights in the rear area at night, or let your child sleep during the day.
In +/- 3 minutes you can extend and make the adult bed (1.40 wide x 2.00 long).
In +/- 3 minutes per child's bed, you can make a bed on the front and/or back seat (1.65 long).
You can make both children's beds from the inside while standing near the back seat. The bed base parts are stored behind the folding tables. Air mattresses and bedding can be stored in the compartment above the front seat.
You must bring your own bed linen, which is also on the to-go list that you receive from us after you have booked.
There is space between the adult bed and the back seat where 1 or two people can stand. From there you have direct access to the sink for brushing your teeth, the refrigerator, the oven and toilet (porta potti). Before the bed is made, you can choose to leave the stove and kettle on the counter or store them in the cupboards.
Outdoor living:
Included are 2 folding camping tables and 6 folding camping chairs.
The spacious awning can be attached to the bus in 5 to 10 minutes with the tarp. The day tent can also be set up in about 5 to 10 minutes, which is separate from the bus so that it can remain standing when you leave for an outing. The day tent has lockable side walls, good standing height and is spacious enough as an outdoor area for 6 people.
Lots of storage space:
We have plenty of accessible storage space. By using baskets and crates, these can easily be filled at home and then placed directly in the camper. Three large crates can also be replaced by a weekend bag and green baskets can be replaced by a backpack. So you can also pick up the bus if you have already packed your luggage and leave directly from there.

Electricity:
The household battery for the camper section is strong enough to use the refrigerator, LED lamps and charging points for USB and 12v plug for approximately 3 days with normal use. With the extension cable (2x 15m) the bus can be connected to the 220v power grid at a house or at a campsite.
Once connected to the 220v power grid, the battery charges automatically. Connected to the mains, you can use the kettle, hand blender and oven through the various sockets. In colder months, a 220-volt heater can be provided if desired.
The bus camper has 12v connections, USB connections and LED lighting in various places. The ceiling lighting can be switched per zone. Lamps above the kitchen worktop and the reading lights can be switched individually.
Sanitary:
We do not have a shower, but we do have a toilet (porta potti).
We treat the camper with care and expect the same from the renter. If something breaks, we would like to hear from you so that we can solve it.
We hope to welcome you soon in cozy 's-Gravenzande.
