Who is this motorhome for?
/// This luxurious and cozy surf and adventure bus is very suitable for a few weeks with 2 or 3 people to completely relax. Camping without the long list of daily chores that camping entails!
/// Due to the unique layout and overkill systems for electricity and water, you are not tied to a campsite and you can go where you want. So real freedom!
/// This way you can make fresh croissants from the oven, coffee and smoothies every morning. And all this on green solar energy! This makes a healthy and active lifestyle very easy.
/// This reliable bus is an automatic, very comfortable and quiet with cruise control, built-in navigation, reversing camera, air conditioning and Bluetooth. There are 3 belts in the front. There are less than 100,000 km on the clock and it has always been well maintained.
🚐🚐🚐 Living space
The living space is very spacious and comfortable. Feel free to invite people. There is a 2 meter bench and a 2nd swivel bench seat for 2 people in the front. A swivel table in the front and a drawer that already works as a table to use as a desk. The unique layout allows you to walk around from the front to the back and it still feels really spacious even with more people.
🚐🚐🚐 Kitchen
The kitchen is very complete including:
- 2 burner induction stove
- Furnace
- 110 liter fridge-freezer combi
- 3 part drinking water filter
- Coffee machine
- Coffee grinder
- Blender/food processor
🚐🚐🚐 Sleeping places
You can convert the sofa into a wonderful memory foam bed. You can possibly put a foldable mattress in the back of about 70 cm wide. Then you can sleep with 3 people. I've done this a lot myself and it's really great.
🚐🚐🚐 Shower and toilet.
The shower with hot water (also on solar energy) makes the bus very suitable for (water) sports. With a very large water tank of 200 liters and a large retractable garage. The toilet is a porta potti that slides out.
This is a very spacious and efficiently laid out bus with lots of living space, you can really walk around in it and you will not easily get in each other's way. You have a super extensive kitchen, a lot of storage and are completely self-sufficient.
The idea behind the layout and conversion
I have converted and tested this sprinter myself over the last 2 years. During the conversion I constantly kept the requirements of a normal house in mind. I normally live full-time in the bus myself, so I wanted to take all the comforts of a home with me and minimize all the daily chores that normally come with a camper.
In practice, this means that the bus has the following options:
- Underfloor heating and air heating
- Very large and self-sufficient power system (1000W of solar panels and 600Ah of lithium)
- Always 220V power (3500W)
- Bose soundbar (bluetooth with great sound!)
- Shower (also suitable for outdoor use or rinsing things)
- toilet (porta potti)
- 180L Clean water tank and 90L Dirty water tank
- Filtered drinking water from the water tank through a 3-piece filter
- 120 Liter Fridge-Freezer combination
- Induction stove, blender and coffee maker.
- Bed/sofa of 120*200 and optional 2nd mattress of 70*180
- Spacious and extendable garage box (especially for kitesurfing gear but also suitable for
other stuff)
- Doesn't stand out as a camper from the outside
- Weighted rear axle of a truck which makes driving much safer and more comfortable
- 3 Seats with belt in the front
- Automatic transmission, air conditioning while driving, cruise control and navigation system.
I could add a lot more to this list, but you'll have to come experience it for yourself!
