3p Ford campervan from 2002

Welcome to my Bussie! I bought Bussie last winter to travel through the Alps in spring and summer. I traveled through Slovenia, Austria, Italy and France and stayed overnight in the most beautiful places! In the morning I rolled out my bus, ready for a nice walk through the mountains, to cook a hearty meal in my kitchen in the evening and eat it while enjoying the view in the doorway. For me this was the ultimate life, a nice space that is equipped with all the comforts with the whole world as my backyard. At the moment I am back in Utrecht, finding my way through life in the city, but whenever possible I take my bus to go out again. In the weeks that I do not use Bussie, I like to share this happiness with you!

Bussie is a raised Ford Transit from 2002 (2.20 high, standing height of approximately 1.70), which was converted into a camper van by the previous owners. As you can see in the photos, it is equipped with a kitchenette with a 2-burner gas stove and a tap and refrigerator. There is a small bed in the width, this is approximately 1.70 long. I am 1.70m myself and I always sleep in this bed, the bed is reasonably wide, so if I lie down diagonally it is comfortable enough for me. In addition, the bench can be folded out into a double bed (1.25 wide and 2.?? long), for a slightly more spacious sleeping place. This bench is also equipped with belts and is registered as two official seats, together with the 3 front seats, a total of 5 people can be transported in Bussie. Bussie has a 12V household battery that is charged while driving, the refrigerator, the tap and the lights work on this. It can also be connected to a power point, in which case the sockets for charging your devices also work and the refrigerator cools a lot better. Furthermore, the bus is equipped with a table and two camping chairs and all necessary cooking utensils and crockery. There is sufficient storage space in the cupboards for your daily stuff and in the back there is a large storage space for any other items, on the back there is also a bicycle rack for two bicycles. The bus has been around for a while, so don't expect everything to be perfect, some things require a little extra explanation or attention, for me this is also part of the charm ;)
