a) Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as when you collected.
b) Vehicle must be returned clean. All tanks (grey and water tank) must be emptied, toilets emptied and cleaned, all rubbish removed.
c) Vehicle must be securely locked when unattended.
d) Loss of ignition key will result in a replacement charge.
e) The hiring party is recommended to take out their own travel insurance.
f) Bookings for EU travel must be declared in advance. A premium will be added to the booking for EU breakdown and insurance. You must obtain the VE103 document prior to collection date.
g) The Owner has the right to refuse to handover the motorhome upon arrival of the hiring party to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle, due to any concerns we have for the safety of the vehicle or its occupants or other road users.
h) If the vehicle is retuned late or dirty or damaged in any way, the cost to clean/repair will be deducted from the security deposit. £50 per hour will be retained/charged for cleaning/labour. This was the first time myself and my husband have hired a motorhome and what a fantastic experience it has been, my only negative was that it was over far too quickly.
We hired Jemima (motorhome) from Paul with lots of input from Charlotte, really lovely people and very helpful. Jemima was spacious, comfortable and nice to drive.
Would definitely recommend hiring from them again but would go away for a longer amount of time.
