James set up a WhatsApp group with an amazing manual and welcome information attached which was so helpful.
Collection straight forward and James was very generous to answer all my questions which were quite clearly set out in the manual, a very patient man!
The van is awesome, I was a bit dubious about the sleeping arrangement but once set up and in bed I've got to say it was very very comfortable and way better than a rock and roll bed! Hobs, sink, equipment all perfect and didn't need anything in addition.
Brilliant to drive and easy to park up.

I dont usually have the time to leave feedback, but after my experience with james and his Nissan camper van i felt compelled.
As soon as james accepted my booking he went ABOVE and BEYOND to put me at ease.
Including me filming videos so i remembered how to operate the van correctly.
A whattsapp group was created to ensure my experience was smooth from start to finish, even changing plans at short notice.to help me.
The van is fabulous (i want one)
James includes EVERYTHING i needed NOTHING literally packed my clothes and drove.
I literally cannot list all the positives as there isnt enougj space.
But lets just say I WILL DEFINATELY not waste any time looking anywhere else when i need a camper to stay away again.

We loved the camping experience with his Elgrand, it's such a great and cool vehicle: comfortable, spacious inside with great visibility and rare! James's Elgrand is well equipped for camping trips and things are very well organised. We loved his Elgrand so much that we are actually thinking of buying one in the future.
