Return Condition

Kobie to be returned clean inside, as it was when collected.
 Exterior does not need to be washed however must be clean enough to assess any damage.

Cleaning Fee: A valet cleaning fee will be charged if the campervan is returned in a messy state.

Fuel Policy: If the Diesel fuel tank is not full upon return, a £20 levy will be added plus top up charges applied based on current petrol station prices.

You are welcome to leave your vehicle safely off road on our driveway during the rental period.

Please treat our Campervan with care as if it’s your own. We appreciate things can get broken or lost but please just let us know so they can be replaced for the next hirer.

Just returned home from a fantastic long weekend in KOBIE. Handed the VW back to Paul&Mel earlier today and wish to send our sincere thanks for a totally faultless rental. This was our first ever A- weekend festival !! B- rental on GoBoony C- rental / camping in a VW Camper Yes… in at the deep end. However, because Paul&Mel have turned out such a superb , immaculate and very well equipped VW we have nothing but good feedback and memories. We could not have asked for anything else to improve our experience. Paul takes prides in his VW and it shows with the attention to detail and passion. We spent 4 nights camped at CarFest 2024 and were amongst many many similar VW campers. They are so easy to drive, with cruise control, air con, dab radio Apple CarPlay and very economical. We did 400 miles exactly and the gauge hardly moved. Everything in the van worked perfectly and because the handover was so good we knew how to work everything first time. We had a bit of a disaster occur on the day of pickup and we had to delay our pickup by several hours , but this was no problem and Paul was very flexible and understood our predicament. 10/10 for thinking about the customer … and we even had cold G&T in the fridge as a surprise. How good is that We would not hesitate to come back and rent Kobie again for another trip and wish Paul and Mel every success in using GoBoony to help other “beginners” like us sample such a fantastic way to camp.
