So excited to introduce the new EXPLORER which is our 4 berth/4 seats, AUTOMATIC, Highliner with Wet Room & Thetford toilet cassette VW T6, HIGH ROOF campervan!

What’s Included in the Campervan?
We have lots of extras to ensure you have the best possible experience:
● Sleeping for 4 People – 2 on the lower seat/bed & 2 in the top roof bed.
● Fully Safety Tested Travel Seating for 4 (2 swivelling cab seats & 2 rear RIB seats)
● Fitted Kitchen & Storage – fridge with freezer, gas cooker, sink with heated underslung 60 litre water tank, ample storage, crockery & cutlery
● Cutlery and Crockery – everything you’d expect from plates, bowls, pans to a chopping board and much more!
● Independent 12v Electrics – there’s no need to hook up to a mains supply, so wild camping is easy being backed up by the 280 Ah LifePO4 battery and 200 W solar panel. If you do need 230v then simply plug in the 6000/3000 W inverter.
● Hot Air Heating – 2000W night heater fuelled from the vehicle diesel tank this system will give you hot air without the need to start the engine, it’s ideal for spring or autumn use.
● Hot Water Heating – done by the 240V electric Boiler with very low power usage.
● Toilet Choice – a fixed cassette toilet is built into our full wet room inside of campervan.
● Swivelling Cab Seats – both single cab captain seats rotate easily to face the rear meaning seating 4 people in comfort is a simple task.

Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes, we have a minimum hire period of 3 days payment.

Who can drive & what licence do we require?
Our standard motorhome hire price includes two named drivers, handy for the longer journeys!
Drivers can be between the ages of 25 and 79 inclusive.
The standard driving experience for our insurer is two years for UK & EU licences. Pls, enquiry if different.
Drivers must have at the time of renting no more than 6 points on the licence. Exclusions apply.
The primary driver must do the payment via a cleared & traceable method unless otherwise agreed by the insurers.

NOTES:
Please remember to bring your own bedding and linen, towels, tea towels etc.
Our Motorhome is strictly for non-smokers / vapers etc and pets are allowed if they are well behaved and you take the responsibility for their actions!
Please respect the house rules for our Motorhome to enable other travellers to share the enjoyment and experience.
Different collection/drop off times could be arranged subject to availability and to a minimum extra charge of £25/leg. Please, enquiry separately.
Late return charges apply according to the Terms and Conditions.

Any damage to the vehicle during the hire period that is not covered by an insurance claim will be deducted from the refundable deposit; this will include any loss or damage of equipment for example:

• Dirty fridge - £50
• Dirty sink and/or hob - £50
• Dirty Toilet compartment including shower - £50
• Damage to Multimedia/TV - £250-£1000
• Cassette Toilet not emptied or dirty - £50
• Waste water tank not emptied - £25
• Inside cleaning - £50
• Outside cleaning/wash - £50
• Upholstery damage – Determined on inspection
• Travel & administration cost in case of any claim including motor insurance - £50
• Travel & administration cost in case of refuelling with either fuel or AdBlue - £25

Bringing our mobile home back DEEP CLEANED, inside and out, in the same condition as when you've collected is a must! You have free outside wash facilities available for YOU to use on your return.

Compliance notes:
We will require the following documents from you within 14 days of booking:
 Driving Licence check code - DVLA
 Driving Licence – a clear scanned copy/photo front & back
 Proof of Identification x 1
 Proof of address x 2 that match the address on your license.

The above documents are required for both the hirer and any additional driver.

Please note:
All documentation provided must be in English. All the proofs of address must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address and name on your driving license must match all documents.

Please make sure you bring the above documents with you on the day of commencement of your hire.
(Note: we cannot release the vehicle without these items being present). Failure to comply with the above may result in the insurance policy becoming voided and forcing us to cancel your booking.
