Salty sea dog – 4 berth Volkswagen bus from 2012

Salty sea dog is a beautifully converted T5.1 Long Wheelbase VW Camper van.
It’s economical on fuel and easy to drive. The 2.5 engine makes driving a breeze.

At the front there is a drivers seat and a Kiravans double swivel seat, in the rear is a seat for another 2 passengers. On the dashboard is an Android multimedia Navigation player.

There is smartphone connectivity as well as DAB Radio.

The Sea Dog will comfortably sleep 2 adults on the double rock n roll bed , in the Pop top roof is easy sleeping for 2 children.

There’s a spacious living area and with the pop top roof up, it has plenty head room.
A Smev 9222 burner gas hob and sink ( with running water) sit hidden under a well designed glass worktop . There is a specially designed 60L underslung water tank fitted beneath the vehicle providing more than ample water supply. A 50L Fridge complete with ice compartment sits nicely beneath the block wood work top.

There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket , 1st Aid Kit and smoke alarm.
Brand new roof Solar Panel supply’s power to an MPPT solar controller , 2 leisure batteries and a 1500-3000 watt inverter . 2 USB double sockets run from the inverter and 2 USB double sockets are run from electric hook up. There’s also a built in battery charger for leisure batteries. A built in diesel heater ensures a warm and toasty van should the temperature drop. Levelling ramps are also included.

There are plenty storage compartments.
