Pick up / drop off times : guideline is 2pm collection and 11am return but some flexibility either way is usually fine. If you would like to pick up in the morning and/or drop off in the afternoon this is subject to availability and may incur additional fees on short bookings - please discuss at the time of booking.

Interior - Please return the van in the condition you hired it. A cleaning fee of £20 will be deducted from the deposit if the van is left in an unclean state.

Pets - A cleaning fee of £20 will be applied/deducted from deposit for bookings where your pet joins you to cover an extra level of cleaning for the next customer.

Festivals - generally festival hires are fine but I’ll ask you to provide your own bedding. Drop me a message if you’re planning a festival trip.

Bike Rack - a rack which holds 4 bikes can be added to the van. Please arrange before booking. A set up fee of £20 will be applied to the booking

Fuel - Please return the van with the same level of Diesel as when you collected it. A charge of £2/litre will be deducted from the deposit for underfuelling. The pick up location has a petrol station within 5 minutes.

Breakages - If anything inside the van is damaged during your stay, just let me know when it happens. Anything which needs replacing will be charged at cost from the deposit.

Insurance / Damage - In the unlikely event of damage to the vehicle, for smaller dents or scratches we will work out a repair cost and make a deduction from your deposit. For anything more substantial (over £900 value) this will need to be dealt with via your insurance.

Breakdown cover - is included in the rental. You are covered in both directions if you have a pre booked campsite (i.e. they will take you to your booked campsite if you break down on the way there, and collect you and bring you back at the end of your stay)

We had a fantastic two night stay in the campervan. Matt was an informative and responsive host and made it easy for pick up and drop off. The van itself was extremely clean and well thought out. There was everything needed for cooking (plates, bowls etc) and the gas two burner was easy to use. We were particularly impressed with the electrics and the leisure battery as we were able to charge our phones, use the fridge, have lights on to read on an evening and still have hours left on the battery. The rock and roll bed is so comfortable and inside the van is cosy and warm on an evening. I can’t wait for the opportunity to book the van again in the future and I would do so without looking at any others because I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Matt is a great host and has a lovely campervan Kasper. Gives a great retro feel, with some handy modern gadgets eg blue tooth.
