Newly fitted out ford transit camper conversion ready for summer / winter trips.

Close proximity to North Shields ferry terminal only a 20 min drive ideal for tourists from abroad looking for a campervan adventure. customers own vehicle can be parked on our driveway .
We are located very close to both the A19 and A1 which is ideal for getaways to Northumberland And Scotland.
Ideal for festivals sleep in comfort in a king size bed no need to worry about the weather.
Plenty of room very spacious and height wise can accommodate 6 foot 2 inches high .van fitted with awning rail small porch awning supplied with van .
Van is fully insulated with automotive carpet very warm in winter especially with diesel heater .

Windows

Tinted windows installed on passenger side full length of van ideal for pulling up alongside lakes , rivers etc excellent views even if just for a quick pit stop . Sliding window to drivers side ideal for cooking.
Blackout roller blinds to large windows

Seating

Double bench seat and single drivers seat to front cabin.
The van has bench style seating to the rear each side which can easily seat 4 people. There is also an island table which can be used both directions ideal for eating or playing board games .
The bench seats also have lift up tops which has access to lots of storage each side there is also access to the rear if back doors are open .

Storage

Large bulkhead above front seats ideal for clothing and bedding with easy access.
2 overhead cabinets to rear for easy access.
Large Under seat storage to rear side benches .

Lighting / power

Van can be used off grid for short periods i have managed 3 nights when using 12v this also powers the diesel heater for start . With use of the gas hob for cooking or boiling water.
I would recommend a recharge via 240 v hook up though after 3 nights or a long drive to top the leisure battery up

Van will be supplied in very clean condition please return as it was supplied not looking to claim cleaning cost but if returned excessively dirty a fee of £15 will apply .

Full tank of fuel included please return with full tank petrol station is only 1 mile away so ideal to top up before handing back.

Van is non ulez compliant hirer will be responsible for payment and any fines received if used in clean air zones.

Customer fully responsible for any fines received ie parking speeding tyne tunnell etc

Insurance will be provided through goboony .

Parking space is available as part of the rental in my parking bay
