Big Bertha – Sea Newlife, Edinburgh (Fiat Ducato) sleeps upto 7, 5 is super comfortable

Big Bertha is a Sea Newlife, there are only a few of them around. She is big and has all the mod cons. She has 4 permanent beds - a double over the cab and 2 bunks at the back.
In addition.
She has a single bed which we tend to use as a sofa, but it is also 2 sets and a table so thats 5
And then she has seats and a table for 4 which becomes a double bed.
So she sleeps 5 comfortably and 7 if you want to be a bit squashed.

Note: this advert did require a C1 license, but have checked with insurer and C1 is NOT required, as und 3.5 Tonnes.

There seats for 6 belted.

She has all the modern cons, except aircon, but in Scotland! you will not need it. She has a gas hob, gas oven and grill, gas waterheater, gas heater and plugin / battery fridge / freezerish.

She can go fully off-grid with Solar panel and long life Lithium ion battery. Plus gas for everything else (except Fridge).

Just fitted some new gear: reverse camera and replaced some old bits.

Mains supplied equipment includes: kettle and microwave

There is an awning but we have never used it. 6 outdoor chairs and couple of tables.

• Two proof of address from separate sources*

Additional criteria:
• Must meet the specified age limits within your policy and have at least 2 years driving experience (Full UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA licence types).
• Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
• Single 4 point offences are acceptable without referral and subject to standard terms.
• Single 6 point SP30, SP50 and CU80 convictions are acceptable subject to a £1000 excess. All other 6 points+ offences will require referral to the insurers.
• No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.

You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address from the following:
