I wouldn't recommend booking this van to a friend. Problems we encountered:
- While inspecting the van before collection, a metal side panel fell off
- My head and feet were dripped on during a rainy night
- The engine management lamp warning light was flashing throughout our trip
- The design of the conversion has very little storage; the under-bed area isn't accessible from inside
- The bed is poorly designed and extremely difficult to fold up from bed to seat
My overall impression of the van is that it doesn't have much life left in it; 140,000 miles on the clock and lots inside that was described by the owner as delicate (the sliding cupboard door, the lever for the bed, and the cutlery drawer that doesn't open fully unless forced).

I wouldn’t recommend hiring your van out to Anna as she’s brought it back damaged and refused to pay for the damages and is now having a tantrum as she’s been charged for it now. Typical really, never mentioned anything before during or after.
These vans are hire vans, some have 300k miles and still run like new. The areas noted that are delicate like the table leg is because non experienced people like yourself have damaged the area before.
So, anyone reading this there is no real issue with the camper. Just a petty hirer who scratched my camper and had to pay for it and who is now banned, thanks.
