The cancellation policy becomes active once your booking request is accepted and you have paid the first instalment.

If the owner cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll provide a similar motorhome or a full refund.

If you decide to cancel a fully confirmed booking, a cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.

Waive your liability for a cancellation fee by opting for cancellation insurance, which will be available to you in the booking process.
